WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN: The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, in accordance with the provisions of article LL221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code. However, we offer you a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery for controllers without a gamertag or personalized logo. You will be reimbursed less our reconditioning and restocking costs amounting to 50% of the order value, excluding delivery costs. Products must be returned in their entirety and in their original, intact packaging. Additional charges may apply if an item is missing or prejudicial to resale. Regarding controllers with a gamertag and/or a personalized logo, no withdrawal is possible due to their unique nature. After this period, your purchase is guaranteed for 6 months for parts and labor from the date on the invoice. Returns under warranty: Shipping costs for after-sales service are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be wedged and properly protected in the return packaging to prevent any possible shocks during delivery. The item must be returned with a tracking number. We also recommend that you take out insurance with your carrier in case of delivery problems. In order to validate the warranty coverage, a check will be carried out in the workshop: the integrity of the warranty seal will be verified as well as the absence of shocks or traces revealing handling or unusual use. If everything is in order, your controller will be repaired within an average of 10 working days. We will also take care of the return of the product to your home. In the event that the warranty is void for at least one of the reasons mentioned above, the support will not be carried out and the return of the controller to your home will be charged. Out-of-Warranty Returns Your controller is no longer under warranty: you can, however, return it to us so that we can send you a quote for repairs. Describe the problem to us beforehand so that we can make a diagnosis and provide you with an estimated quote. If your controller is repairable, it will be repaired within an average of 10 working days. The cost of returning the product to your home will be included in the quote.
